Threads that keep the decision
Mentions, replies, reactions and a “new since you looked” marker on every card, so nobody scrolls a chat app to find what was agreed.

Boards, docs, recorded meetings and an end-to-end encrypted vault for your API keys, in one workspace on the web and on your phone.
Free for teams up to 5 · No card needed

Every project gets its board, docs, meetings, files and keys side by side. A card links to the spec, the call where it was decided and the staging key it needs.
Real screens from a sample workspace. Nothing here is a mock-up.
Mentions, replies, reactions and a “new since you looked” marker on every card, so nobody scrolls a chat app to find what was agreed.

See everyone’s local time next to the board, and schedule a meeting in anyone’s time zone.

Specs with tables, callouts and checklists. Autosave, version history and links to the cards they describe.

One list of what is yours, grouped by project and stage, with due dates and progress at a glance.

IDs like APP-7 that people can say out loud, and everything they need on one screen.
Schedule standups and reviews in the project, or start a call in one click. Afterwards the recording, transcript and snapshots wait on the meeting page, and the team gets a recap.

Every API key, database URL and login is filed under its project and environment, and encrypted on your device before it leaves.

Native apps, not a website in a wrapper. Move cards, reply in threads, join calls and unlock the vault with Face ID. Coming to the App Store and Google Play.

The things teams ask before they move their projects over.
No. Secrets are encrypted in your browser or phone before they are sent, with a key unlocked by your vault passphrase (Argon2id, X25519, XChaCha20-Poly1305). Our servers only ever store ciphertext, and production keys ask you to re-enter your password before they are shown.
They reset the vault with their Boardumo password. Anything a teammate can still decrypt is shared with them again automatically; private items only they held are archived. There is no back door, by design.
No. Calls run in the browser and in the iPhone app, with screen sharing, hand raising and host controls. Recordings get a transcript with speaker names, and you can pin any moment of a recording to a card.
Yes. Boardumo has a built-in MCP server, so Claude and other MCP clients can read and update cards, docs and meeting transcripts as you, with the same permissions you have. Connections can be read-only, show up in activity, can be revoked at any time and never see vault secrets.
Yes. The iPhone app is in beta testing and covers boards, cards, docs, files, meetings and the vault. It is coming to the App Store, and the Android app is coming to Google Play.
Yes. Invite people as guests and they only see the projects you add them to. Owners, admins, members and guests each have their own permissions, and every API request checks them.
Lockumo is the password manager that shares your Boardumo account. It has its own app and a Chrome extension that fills logins, saves new ones and fills two-factor codes, and it knows which project and environment every credential belongs to.
Create a workspace and invite your team. Every new project starts with a ready board.
